UCO

In collaboration with A B Computer Solutions, Uganda, ok27 created Uganda Communities Online.

The service is open to Non Government Organisations, Community Projects, Churches and Ministries. UCO is a subcription service, for which organisations gain an email address, a 'mini-site' and profile page, news page, email address and entry into the UCO search engine.

AB Computer Solutions is currently running an advertisement campain in Uganda prior to the official launch.

UCO is an international site, operating both in English and Luganda (the popular language of the Buganda region of Uganda).

ok27 created the entire system, including the website, database and a web interface for clients to update their details and news page in English and Luganda.

UCO is affilitated with USIS - The Uganadan Schools Information Service.
